Avelino has already proven to be one of the most promising hip-hop artists in the UK. Having worked with the likes of Wretch 32, Stormzy and Skepta, Avelino developed a unique style of his own - fresh and original, with a melodic approach to rapping. His recent singles 'Cassius Clay', 'Daily Duppy', 'Higher Power' and 'Prey' gave a glimpse of what was to come on his debut album, a first LP since 2017's 'NO BULLSHIT' mixtape.

April 2023 saw Av drop the long awaited album, 'God Save The Streets', with features from the likes of Wretch 32, Ghetts, PRGRSHN, Backroad Gee & Tiggs da Author. An album rich in context, it also features the life-lessons of ex-gang member Marvin Herbert and punk guitar licks from Sex Pistol Glen Matlock, while production came from beat-maker Raf Riley and pop mega-producer Fraser T Smith. 

With features in Rolling Stone magazine and NME, the album received critical acclaim on its way to charting at #12 in the UK Album Charts.
